Valve Index is not available in United States???
I tried to use steam wallet to buy Valve Index but some error occurs, so I contact the steam support but they just told me

"Currently, Index Hardware is only available in the US, EU, Canada, and Japan.

We don't currently have information about future availability in additional regions.

Please refer to these pages for the latest news and updates regarding Steam Hardware:
Valve Index store page
Valve Index website

I'm sorry thta we cannot be of a further assistance in that case."

My shipping address and bill address are both in United States and I don't use VPN to change my IP.
Can anyone tell me what's the problem?

As stated in your last thread:

Have you used your new payment method tied to your new address yet?

You need to use a payment method tied to the store region when you change address to show you actually live there.

I don't believe telling you what the problem is will help.

But is your account set to the new location?

And have a payment method tied to the new location?

I am sure I changed my location information and bill address to my current address, but I think that's not the real problem.

Case in point when you were told exactly what was wrong and you responded with you don't think that is the real problem.

Yeah I did what you guys suggested but still got the same reply but steam support. I added my new card to my account but support just told me the same thing.

AND make a purchase first. Did you even read the underlined part of the KB article I posted?

Sorry to bother you again, but several days ago I made a new purchase with my card associated with my new address, now steam support still say they cannot help me. Does it take some time for steam to verify my address or is there some other problems?
