Doesn't show up here either.
A) Modified client files, using mods, or patches.
B) You downloaded Steam.exe that was not from Steam.
C) Client corrupted.
No no it was just family view.
Just to put it out there family view is not same as family sharing if you were trying to do family sharing.
I share some of my games with my kids pc.

Login to the account you want to share, head to setting, and go to family, check the box for authorized Library sharing on this computer, then a box will show below, check the box for the account you want to share with, press ok. Do the same with the other account as well. Now if you're doing this for multiple PCs you need to do the same thing again for them. That's basically it.
