Chinese hacker hacked my account and he uses my steam cashes in this game.

I don't know what Chinese hacker bough. He took all my cash in steam account wallet. I didn't play battleground much but I think that the battle ground account linkage system designed wrongly. I am using all kinds of security system in steam. I don't have any issue on it. How can hackers access my steam account?

I would like to request you to refund all money back cause from hackers purchase.
