Workshop Errors and Bugs, Seeking Help from Steam Support
Hello. I need to contact Steam Support about Steam Workshop Errors and Bugs for Staxel.
Problem is, Steam does not have a customer support service.
They only have an automated service that automatically answers problems for already asked questions.
https://help.steampowered.com/en/
An automated system that is incapable of helping anyone ever with any problem ever that is unique and never before documented.
In other words, if there is ever a new problem, or a new question, that has never occured before or asked, like mine, Steam has no ability to help me. The is no help service available. I was hoping there was a way to circumvent this.
Is there a phone number I can call in regards to a sympathetic staff member of valve who knows how to fix bugs in the Steam Workshop fast and efficiently? I uploaded a mod, and apparently while some people can download the updated version of the mod, like myself and the contributing creator, everyone else cannot, and they receive the old unplayable version of the mod that crashes the game due to errors in the old version of the mod. I updated the mod, but the Steam Workshop only sends the updated mod to us, and gives the old faulty mod to everyone else, crashing their game. In order to resolve this, Valve needs to alter the Steam Workshop to make sure that everyone receives the newest version of the mod we made, and that way nobody will have their game crash.
It's... painful knowing that our mod causes everyone's game to crash because Steam Workshop is refusing to send them the newest updated version of our mod, its... painful to have our reputation dragged into the mud because of a Steam Workshop bug/glitch that Valve has not fixed in years.
Valve should have a customer service phone service for these issues... at least then I could tell them our mod is causing these problems and that they should help us resolve the Workshop error.

I wish there was a topic listed that mentions how to resolve workshop mods effected by bugs in the workshop... and I wish Steam would fix the Workshop so these bugs wouldn't happen.
That way this issue which has existed in many different forms would be documented in the automated help system.

Man, I wish Steam would at least acknowledge the issue, if only because of the sheer number of people looking for help from Admins.

There is no phone number, email, anything. The discussion pages are pretty much run by Moderators, who are the awesome, helpful people who sift through the Steam discussions, but can't contact Steam.

So, no, there is no way to contact Steam. It's an extremely unefficient way to run a business, but hey, what are we going to do?

In regards to your workshop mod, there might be a review period for it, if it was posted recently.

Hope this helped!

Steam cannot actually support any game that isn't their own production.

Apparently, Steam won't even help directly with those.
