(Banned fro GMoD Discs's) All games run fine but GMod lags extremely?

So i'm running an Ryzen 3 1200 Non-OCed, 8 GB Crucial Ballistix 2400MHz and a GTX 770 4 GB GDDR5 with a 550 Watt PSU. All my games like PayDay 2, CSGO and Unturned run fine on the highest settings (Atleast 60 FPS) and no extreme GPU Heat (75-80 Degrees). But on GMod its lagging so bad. Like i cant even get 10 FPS on the lowest settings. Checked consolr and said redownloading all lightmaps. Anyone can help?
