Games attatched to one person in a three person family share.

So, my brother is sharing libraries with my old account (Lets call it Bob for ease of reading), and my current account (Adam) because both have different games, and the problem is, after already having Terraria on Bob I bought it on both Adam too, so that my brother could family share the one from Bob, meanwhile, I the one on Adam. But when we went through with this, only Terraria we noticed only the Terraria from Adam appears, it has completely replaced the one on Bob, meaning if I'm on Terraria, he can't play it at all even though my Bob is completely free and available to be used. How do I make my brother's account focus on the Bob version of Terraria rather than the Adam version?

Long story short: Acc 1 has Terraria, Acc 2 has Terraria, Acc 3 is family sharing with both Acc 1 and Acc 2 but can only use Acc 2's Terraria, even when Acc 2 is in use and Acc 1 is not in use. Please help fix.
