TP-Link WiFi Adapter - Ping Oscillation

I have an TP-Link WiFi Adapter 150mbps for my pc, it works fine for everything online, the only problem is when im playing any game online and talking in Discord. Discord ping only goes up to 1000ms and down to 20ms as people talk, it keeps doing this and sometimes it cuts the sound.

What happens if you get closer to the router?

Note when you’re doing the speed test you are likely saturating the upload pipe which is killing your ping

Actually, it happens when im not doing the speed test, and it keep doing this even closer to the router

Reduce the upload speed of the voice program

I dont know how to do it, but it also happens in some of my games.
