How do I change payment method on steam market?

I want to buy a 25 cent item but I only have 11 cents in my steam account, so I wanted to change it to paypal since I have enough there, but it doesn't let me change the payment method, it lets me do it when I'm buying games but not on the steam market, anyone help?

You uhhh, don't. You only add money to the wallet, and then you can purchase stuff in the SCM.

There is a way to do it through a browser, but they still enforce the $5.00 minimum.

Don't ask me how as I've never done it myself (try Google).
