Failed to send trade offer. Error 15 is usually caused by an invalid trade URL. Please check your trade URL.
i cant trade it says please check trade url i have checked 10 times

Ask the person you're trying to trade with about their trade URL.

Alternatively, you can send me a trade offer, that way, we'll see whether you account can trade in the first place.
