Return of F1 2020

I bought F1 2020 and also played it (14 hours). When I went into the singleplayer, saving did not work. Whenever I entered the game again, the settings Automatically were set to elite mode. Now I would like to return the game, but I can't because I have more than 2 hours of play.
Does anyone know what I can do now?

Ask in the game forum about fixing the problems. Remember to describe said problems in a precise manner. "Saving did not work" is asking for a crystal ball nobody has.

I already asked the game support, they couldn't help me and only told me to start the game with the steering wheel. But I always did this

You're well outside the refund window, given that you've got 14 hours and the last time you played was much longer than 2 weeks ago.

Your best bet is to actually get help on the forum there, because you're 100% not going to get a refund at this point.
