I cant copy and paste

every time i start a steam game or go into the steam overlay i cant copy and paste i press ctrl+c then ctrl+v and nothing happens but it works fine in my browser and discord anyone know a fix

Dont count on it, i have a Laptop same issue , but not on my desktop.

its like copy ctrl + C dont work ingame.

Found out more, if you have Browser open in the fill-in window a word or suggestion open with multi choise in what you have search for , then i cant use Copy ( CTRL + C ) so it could a Browser specific issue or other things like that or just only laptop maybe.

and yes it works then it dont have fill in or search activated, and i did not rewoke thus post i got a mail notification on it.

and i forgot all about this post then i did back then i figure it out, not sure other have this issue or know the diffrence in then it work or not. ( and mine has not even anything to do with overlay ) this is just standard with no game open.
