Novaplay "an unexpected error"

Greetings to my thread viewers.

I've purchased alot of game from steam, and payment stuffs are not new for me. I've done many transaction before but now, I mean TODAY only, I am getting an error message.

Error Message: Just when the steam app pops up a new dialog box with Novaplay, it shows "an unexpected error"

I've never faced this issue before. So I am pretty much worried about it. Plus there is WB weekend sale coming up and other stuffs.

I heard people usually advice to buy steam gift card from any other vendor then redeem and then purchase through steam wallet. To be honest it SUX. I want to buy via steam and STEAM only.

So, is that only me who is facing this novaplay error?

Hey, I am also facing the same problem. I tried chrome and steam application on PC. I am getting this error you mentioned.

Same thing happening. I have bought games before, but nowadays its not working. Guess gift cards from amazon is the way to go now for me.

Hey I thing the servers were busy and I was able to buy the games after an hour or so

Thanks to steam, Novaplay is working perfectly now.

Try after 48 hours. They might be doing maintenance. When it happened to me I was not able to do any purchase for like 6 hours.

Mine got fixed the very next day. It was only a temporary server downtime and thats why my payment was not being able to get through novaplay portal.
