Multiple Games Do Not Launch

When I try to run Metal Gear Solid V, or Batman Arkham Knight the preparing to launch window shows up,but then it closes and doesn't open the game. I've tried to fix it a few ways, by running it as an administrator, running chkdsk /f c:, and trying to repair .net framework. When I ran it as an administator the error 0xc000007b popped up, when I ran chkdsk nothing changed, and when I tried to repair .net framework nothing happend. Please help if you can, thanks.
