HOW LONG DOES IT TO RECOVER YOUR STOLEN ACCOUNT WITH STEAM HELP

Hello my account was stolen a few days ago(i got scammed and i don't have any kind of viruses in my PC)
I sent a ticket 2 days ago and still no answer from steam support...I sent Photos of the games and their own CD-Keys, I added the account login username,Original Email and Phone Number...
My Question is how long does it take to get your account back ? and if i will ever be able to get my account back

You can use the self-help tools on the support page, those work immediately. Otherwise, it can take days, weeks, depending on how long the waiting line is.

I tried those but its not working...The person that stolen my account also removed the original phone number...The only thing i could do its just to block the account so he wont to anymore bad this

I bought like 6 games retail(with the game case) i have them and their CD-keys...Should Those proofs be enough to get my account back and will i ever be able to get my account back ?

A yea that u have to add a CD-key that u used on that account and a photo of that CD-key+the email that was used on that account and the phone number
I also have an Paysafe card ticket with the Pin code that was used to add 5$ to my stolen account
