SteamCMD login problem, code 84 "Rate Limit Exceeded"

Doubt anyone can help here, but I'll try before contacting support.

I am trying to download bunch of game servers to host on my server when needed. I already installed CS:GO server but now when I try to log in via SteamCMD again to get ArmA III, I get following error:

Logging in user 'XXXXXXX' to Steam Public...
password:
Login Failure: Rate Limit Exceeded
FAILED with result code 84

Any idea whats going on? All I could find about "Rate Limit Exceeded" is some family sharing stuff which I doubt is relevant to my problem.

EDIT: Ok, I just made sure that it is not realted to family sharing:
"No computer has been authorized for Family Library Sharing yet."
"No account has been authorized for Family Library Sharing yet."
