"The self-lock on this account has been removed
The following features have been unlocked: purchasing, changing password, changing email, and playing on VAC enabled servers.
Trading and the Community Market will continue to be restricted for seven days. If your account has not had any activity for more than two months, these restrictions will apply for 30 days.
If changing your password was not a part of recovering access to your account, you should do that now.

I received this email when i used the unlock code, but its still locked, and i have the account alert.
"This account has been locked by its owner.
Steam's account locking tool allows the owner of an account to protect it from unauthorized actions if they suspect the account has been compromised. More information can be found here: Account Locking Tool
How to remove these restrictions:
Contact Steam Support and a support agent will verify that you are the owner of the account and restore full access to you. When submitting this message to Steam Support, please make sure that you include the account's login name and appropriate valid proof of ownership.
While waiting for support to review your request and to prevent a malicious user from stealing the account again, please ensure that your computer and email accounts are secure: Account Security Recommendations
For your security, the following features will be unavailable until Steam Support removes this lock:
Purchasing, gifting, trading, CD-Key activation, playing on VAC enabled game servers, and Steam Community access have all been disabled. "
That is the alert i've got.
I would appreciate if i get a response as soon as possible.
This is what i sent on my ticket, along with the verification detail stuff
Also i used the link i got from the mail saying self lock is requested n stuff.
basically, this.
This account has been self-locked as requested
Locked features include purchasing, changing password, changing email, Trading, Community Market, and playing on VAC enabled servers.
Once you've secured your Steam account and devices you can go ahead and unlock your account using the link below.
Unlock my account
(You'll need the code you received when you self-locked the account. If you have lost it you'll need to contact Steam Support for assistance.)
I need help from Steam Support securing and recovering my account
How do I provide proof of account ownership to Steam Support?
I hope you have checked for malware before unlocking the account, so I do not know what could else be the reason, except unlocking takes some time and you would have to wait, I do not know how much time it takes.
If you are sure no one is relocking the account and that it is the right account (if I would get 1 $ for everyone telling on the forums he has only one, I would be rich by now
I hope you'll get it solved soon.
