I recently got refunded into my steam wallet, and i want to gift my friend (http://steamcommunity.com/id/Jung1e_/), i was wondering if i could checkout and use my Steam Wallet as a method of payment for GIFTS.

If the game can be purchased as a gift, you can use your steam wallet to buy it as a gift, then send it to your friend.
