According to your post history , you haven't posted/reported any of these things recently. And since steam support is redirecting you to that game's support site, it means you tried to 'report' something to the wrong place.
If the issue is about an EA game, you need to contact EA support.
If the issue is about Rocket League, you need to contact Psyonix.
If the issue is within a game (dead multiplayer, inaccessible mulitplayer, unuseable features), check out the store page for any of these warnings, or contact the developer.
If you experience any other ingame issues, contact the developer.
Buying a game that's missing features is totally your own fault, because steam is obliged to let you know that certain features are missing if you're buying an old game. These kind of things are mentioned on the store page. Maybe you should re-check these kind of things before you blabber about how steam is ignoring you and you're in a position now to harm their reputation, but reading your post it's just your own reputation that's damaged because you did everything wrong.
Next time you have any of these issues, you should try to post these on public forums.
And if you DO post on the forums, try to actually SOLVE them instead of badmounting a company while ignoring people who are trying to help you.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON CONTACTING STEAM SUPPORT IF YOU NEED HELP WITH 3TH PARTY SUPPORT ON INGAME ISSUES. Contact the developer or try to resolve your issues at the game\s forum. And that's exactly what you should've done in the first place.
I don't know how these forums work. Would steam staff take a look at it, start an investigation? consider banning the game from steam? or at least not delete the post of the private conversation with the gms I'll make so everyone can see who these bastards are.
Currently there are a couple of youtube videos that ill ask my friend to set them on public, cause I cant even see them right now (they are on private setting) for some extra punch, dont know why he set them on private...
EDIT: on the plus, the game is a hackfest, and less than 300 ppl play it so no harm done
Valve/Steam has no influence on the game subforums. Those are run 100% by the developer/publisher. They also appoint their own moderators.
They can also ban you for anything they want, its their forum.
Steam will not interfere with decisions made by moderators on those forums.
Thanks for the info, I'll be uploading later today
edit: wait, ban from that specific forum or from all forums, or from whole steam? I dont think they can do that can they?
