Uninstalling Microsoft PowerShell ( FIXED )

I've been getting the VAC error in DotA 2 when I because of Microsoft PowerShell. Can anybody walk me through on how to uninstall it?

Microsoft Powershell is on every Windows 10 system (and earlier) by default. It can not lead to VAC bans. I don't know if it can be uninstalled at all, but anyway: Don't.

E.g. if I run the command "powershell", I get that "DOS" box, but I didn't install it.

What makes you believe that Powershell is a problem? You might have run a cheat that uses Powershell.

Btw., if you already got the VAC "error", then it's too late: The account is banned from all VAC servers forever, if the ban was righteous.

I haven't used any cheats whatsoever. I was just playing DotA. Then took a break for about 10 minutes. and when i came back this error showed up.

"Unable to join matchmaking because an issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system. Please ensure that you are not using any programs that may interfere with VAC and confirm that steam is correctly installed".

I am being completely honest. I have NEVER used any cheats.
How do I know what program is blocking the VAC system on my PC?

Oh, indeed just an error. Ok, here's what I found:

If you use Norton AntiVirus (or possibly a different one), that might interfere - you could try turning it off while matchmaking to find out if that's the reason.

Can you tell us a bit more detail? Like which program was inferfering etc.
I have this problem in Dota 2 as well, and I went through alot of forums like reddit, but couldn't find the reason behind.
