This because i hack in rust but i get banned and i bought 2 account and i do not hack and i get ban any way and after this i format my pc and bought a new account rust because i thought it was some file of the hack but i not sure it was this or it was i enter in my account banned in rust with rust installed of a not banned account! and now i want to enter in my account ban rust that have csgo but i have fear to get ban again. any suggetings?

Only if you have added yourself to the new account it'll be banned. I mean if you add your old account and friend yourself - new account then steam will ban you.

Completely wrong. An account that's already banned can't have the ban somehow spread to another account.

If he had multiple accounts that shared the same phone number when he cheated, or he used Family Sharing and one account cheated on the other account's game, then they would both be banned at once. But that's all.
