Steam Using VPN to get games cheaper
Title says it all,So right i wanted GTA V but I saw it cheaper on another country,Let's say i bought it using a vpn so im like on that country after I bought it, will I be able to download it if i switched off my vpn and switch back to my original location?

Yes(?). If you moved for example from USA to EU why you wouldn't be able to play and download it. But I don't know is it allowed to use VPN or even will it work (Talking about Steam)

You cant buy games in another Steam Store by just switching your IP with VPN. That has been changed a LONG time ago.
Your store country stays the same, no matter what IP you have.
You can change your store country in your account settings, BUT only once every 14 days AND you need a legit adress of residence ( they check) in the country you set your store to AND a payment method registered to that country AND you need to have logged in from an IP of that region previously.

Also you can only change the store if you did not buy anything on the old store country for the last 14 days.


So, think of something else. It will not work.


PS: Oh and Steam may suspend your whole account if they suspect you have set your store to a country you are not really living in.
