Oblivion GOTY Deluxe in my library but missing DLC's

Right, it is now impossibe to create a steam support ticket because they dont actually want to do there job, sio I can get help from them.

I own Oblivion GOTY. There is no mention of the deluxe part. However when I go to purchase deleuxe it says "In steam library". Now, The esps for the extra DLC are not there. Only Shivering Isles and Knights.
I know what you are thinking. Well obviously you only have GOTY. Yes, but it says deluxe in my library and the DLClist.txt has ALL the DLCs listed so what the hell is going on?
When i start a new game I do no get the pop up for ANY of the DLC either(no sure if you are supposed to anyway)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, verified cache. Any help?

Ask in the game forum. Aparently, GOTY edition amd deluxe editions are two separate entities, people who actually play this game know more.

Do you see the difference? Owning the GOTY grants you only the two big DLCs. You need the Deluxe if you want the others as well.

I apparently have "Oblivion Game of the Year". Yes obviously I see the difference, do you think I would post here if I hadnt already trawled through to double check this?

BUT, it says in the DLC.txt that i should have all the DLC's, AND it says that I already own it in the library - SO, i cant buy it again. I am trying to find out why this is. Whether it be a mistake, or I did infact by the Deluxe edition and there is a problem with steam.

Do as Reboot adviced, ask in the games forum, with that you will probably have a better chance for a good answer, because "Help/Tips" is for questions regarding Steamclient and services, not games.

Cathulhus question is important: What version Did you buy? There are cases (I cannot confirm this for Oblivion, as I did buy the GotY Deluxe Version) where You can't buy a 'higher tier' version of the same game if you own a lower tier one, because you are listed to own the game. Check your purchase history for the version you actually own, as the storepage can be misleading.

To feytharn. It says (as i have pointed out numerous times) GOTY on the licenses (as i had already checked and made clear). Regardless, it still says I have both in my library, and although I cant confirm 100% Im pretty sure that when I installed it way back in 2015, I had all the DLC, as I seem to remember geting pop ups when I start the game.

I read just fine. You purchased the GOTY edition so you don't have the other DLC.

If you purchased the GOTY but not the Deluxe, you don't have the additional DLC that comes with the deluxe version and you can't upgrade to the deluxe because you already own the goty edition.

Rather than having a bad attitude and bad-mouthing people trying to help you, you should read what they have to say.
