Switch Pro controller crashes my pc

when ever i plug it in now it crashes
it says unexpected kernal mode trap
playing dank souls with hori ps4 pad sucks need my baby

That started happening to me since yesterday, did you solved it? And how do you use the controller on your PC? My PC won't detect the pro controller even if I go to steam to allow it so I had to use an external program to make the pc think the controller is an xbox 360 one, had been working perfectly for 6 months and out of the blue "unexpected kernel mode trap".

sorry for the late reply. I dont really know how but it started working again I had a another cheap controller and I plugged that in (hori pad) and I kept plugging that in and then plugging my pro controller in and out of know where it worked after a lot of trial and error and restore my computer the back up restore points

You can replug all usb Device unit ( so they can Re-Autoconfiguration themself again. if this even help )

Other then that Contact That Brand name Support site, because if that is a system issue with pc im sure they want to know. who else should have support on that name, windows dont make drivers to other Brand product its given to them by that Brand support.

Dont forget brand board can actual also have a USB driver update and chipset driver to board, but crash with such should not happend.
