CS:GO fps drops from 300 to 120 when I open Streamlabs OBS, and then to 100 fps when I start streaming

Hello everyone,

I have been streaming on Twitch for a while now, with absolutely no issues using Streamlabs OBS. All of a sudden, my performance has gotten terrible, and I simply cannot stream and play anymore. There has been updates to Windows 10, CS:GO and Streamlabs OBS lately - my issues might have started after one of these. I am confident that I have not manually changed anything before these issues started.

Relevant specs: AMD Ryzen 5 1600, GeForce GTX 1060(Driver version 397,64), 16GB DDR4-3200, ASUS ROG PG279Q 1440p G-Sync monitor

Testing was done with all others programs on my computer closed, after a reboot. Testing on the same map at same place etc.

Streamlabs OBS closed:
FPS around 300
GPU 3D Utilisation at ~70%
CPU Utilisation at ~25%
RAM usage 4/16 GB

Streamlabs OBS open (not streaming):
FPS around 120
GPU 3D Utilisation at ~85%
CPU Utilisation at ~30%
RAM usage 4/16 GB

Streamlabs OBS open (not streaming):
FPS around 100
GPU 3D Utilisation at ~85%
CPU Utilisation at ~25%
RAM usage 4/16 GB

Speedtest: ~90 Mbps, doesn't change with streaming on/off

Can anyone help me fix this?

Additional question; I always feel like my graphics is stuttering when I am jumping near obstacles, like boxes etc. It is the only place I see it. Anyone know what this is?

My reply may not be pertinent but I can say from experience that 100 FPS is very much playable and well beyond what is considered as playable.
