How to disable these twitch streams.

These streams are making my steam broken. is one is running other stuff is not loading or the whole thing it just frozen on the spot.
But i cant seem to find an option to stop them from auto playing.


Edit:

I played around a bit, found a long work around, but its not customer friendly.

Right click anywhere in steam and copy page URL
Paste it in your browser (firefox, explore etc) => Go to store => look up the games (it does work fine for me there it broking with in steam itself.)
Write down the name of the game you wanne buy and go back to steam
=> store => topright search the name of the game => click on it and buy or whatever do you wanne do (wishlist follow etc).

it breaking the store mostly..
video loads in, store freeze up. items stop rendering ad one point and if it get worse the whole steamstore just freezes up with only a restart and avoiding the page as a fix.

It is a store preference setting. It is in the correct location for those.

For some reason if I click the devolver sale page, it'll freeze up. I now realize it's trying to load a stream from going to the page in chrome.

Weird it does it for some and not others. As it don't freeze my steam.

it freezes mine too every time the broadcasting link tries to open in the store. It does it every weekedn there is a broadcast going on during the sale, making it impossible to view.

Steam > Settings > Account > Beta Participation > Change > None.

I love how people like you just assume all people post fixes. And yes, it's helpful if people post if it's working for them or not. That way you can figure out what the exact problem is.

Not saying that you have to figure it out. Steam developers on the other hand might find this kind of information usefull..
