Hello which windows would be the best for gaming can give the best experince?

Just make an upgrade. Don't need to nuke beforehand, just upgrade.

either 7 or 10
i hated 10 at first , but since i was mostly able to make it look like 7 ( no long searchbar , no masterchief navi , and other things ) its not as bad , some things are still better in 7 , the control panel is still too wel hidden , uninstalling games or programs with it takes longer than downloading an uninstaller
