Invalid SSL certificate error.
I get this error each time i open a tab on steam followed by
"The SSL certificate for *link* is invalid and the page will not be loaded.

I'm writing this message on the steam application on my phone.

I tried every step other people said in other topics but none worked.

P.S.: date and time on my laptop are correct.

If everything goes to no avail, an attempted Steam Client re-installation and / or Windows re-installed is a last resort.

Try opting out of Beta Participation if you have that enabled.

Steam -> Settings -> Account

Try clearing the browser cache on the client.
Steam (top left corner) > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Cache

Periodically, you'd want to clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Have you tried this past suggestion?

Open up gpedit.msc > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Management > Internet Communication Settings > Open "Turn off Automatic Root Certificates Update" click Disable, and then click OK. Close the Local Group Policy Editor.

Thanks for your answer Robin3sk, but i already did that few days ago and it didn't work.
However, I can not even install a game. every time I try to install, I receive this message: "The steam servers are unreachable".

I reinstalled Steam maybe 10 times till now. I think the last option is to reinstall Windows. xD

Do you get the same error when you use a desktop web browser?

Nope. On browser it works perfectly.

It's definitely worth a re-installation but that's going to take a lot of time and effort since you'd need to back-up games and their save files.

Try clearing the client's HTTP cache.

C:\Program Files (86x)\Steam\appcache\httpcache

Delete the content in the HTTP Cache folder and restart the client.

Well.. I removed any program that could not let Steam run properly, I checked the entire PC. And I still could not solve it.
I've decided to reinstall Windows, and now it works!
Thank you for trying to help Robin!
