Only if the HDD is the cause. If it's insufficient processing power of the CPU and/or GPU using an SSD won't help.

the hdd is very slow 60mb so ssd ive heard can reach 500mb and at it worst condition will run at 450mb thats a HUGE number :O

Sure is, but reading or writing video data is usually not that big unless you write uncompressed RAW videodata.
If it is already compressed then a bog standard HDD is more than fast enough to handle that.

Depends on what encoder is used, some use CPU, others use GPU, in either case, the HDD/SSD is not much of a limiting factor unless you save in rather excessive quality settings.
