I am lost and confused with these HTC Vive trackers and Full Body Tracking
I recently got my hands onto VR. I thought the idea of virtual reality would be fun, so I got an Oculus Rift S, along with 2 controllers for hands. For the month I've had it, its been endless fun, and I've met many good friends. But then I got interested into Full Body Tracking

I found 3 HTC Vive Trackers, each bought separately. Each one came with a USB Cable, a Dongle, and a Dongle Cradle, so I have 3 of everything. I got 3 so I could track my feet and waist. Now, setting it up to my computer was simple, but, trying to connect them to Steam VR is my issue.

I can get my Oculus Rift S headset and hand controllers paired AND connected, so I can use those how I wish, But the 3 trackers are a different case. You see, I know that they come with lights to check their status, (Red means low battery, green means normal, blue means pairing), so, I know, that when I am pairing the 3 trackers, they can all pair well, because they blink blue, before becoming green, or normal, paired. Steam VR even confirms that they are all paired. However, they are not connecting, they aren't being tracked. Steam VR will say its tracking my Headset and Hands, which it does, but it wont say its tracking or track these 3 trackers., despite being paired.

Can someone tell me how I can get them to connect? And, I am an idiot, so please use simple or layman's terms to help. Please and thank you!

I want to confirm, you have a Rift S and 3 external trackers by HTC.
If you do, refund the trackers. The Rift S does not support external trackers.

EDIT: I stand corrected, try what Dr.Shadowds says. It would be easier to have a full HTC Vive setup though.

Not sure, don't own them, but I know there open source software that suppose to help with solving the issue to allow you to use one tracking device with another tracking device even thought they're not from the same brand such as HTC and Rift. Might be worth something to look into, best of luck. OpenVR Space
