how to get unban trade on steam because Payment disputes?

how to get unban trade on steam because Payment disputes?I don't know whose Visa card is because I didn't do it and I would like to resolve my account status and I don't know what to do. Can someone help me?

this happened in 2016 and i haven’t accessed this steam in a long time. I do not know whose visa is, the problem is not paying, but knowing what I have to do to trade unban

If this long of a time has elapsed, the ban will never be lifted. You must deal with it in a promptly manner. Once a year passes, you've got other issues. For one, the bank can' t reissue the payment anymore at that point. Make a new account.

The account was told at the time of the ban how long it had to resolve the problem. That is usually within 90 days at most.

Actually the problem is exactly "not paying" as Steam didn't get paid for a number of transactions on the account. Because of this, the account has been restricted. You're not going to get the ban lifted until the payments are corrected which given that it's been so long only Steam Support could advise you on how to do that.

You need to reverse the chargeback, which can only be done from the bank, in which the credit card is associated with..
The fact that you do not know which card was used, indicates your inability to reverse the chargebacks.
I doubt support will reverse any of the 3 separate bans (market, account, trade) on the account all caused by that chargeback.

one guy use a random credit card, and scam my account and use for pay games and i got trade ban, but I wanted to solve this problem

I know why you want to be able to trade, so you can move the inventory out of the account, but your account has a trade ban to prevent it.
otherwise people would just move the stuff out of the account after doing chargebacks.

Why are you letting strangers use your Steam account?

That is against the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Your account can be locked even just for that.

i guess the best you can do is talk to this “one guy” and see if you can work together with him to fix the problem.

If this one guy is a stranger, then you are out of luck. And you probably need to think about why you allow strangers to use your Steam account and enter fraudulent credit card info in it.

It's impossible. Too much time has passed. You can't reverse a charge like that after 4 years in any reliable bank institution.
