how to pick up goods at the warehouse from quest giver?

there is a quest "Exhibition fight" asking: pick up the goods at Al Zahir's warehouse and etc ............ My question is: when i'm at his warehouse with a ship how can i pick up those goods? There is that warehouse with that arrow above it but how can i find or get those goods?

Although, in general, when there's a marked NPC or location, getting close enough might already trigger something; if it doesn't, interacting with it will probably offer an additional option that's not usually there.
