How would I reach Steam\Valve support directly? (keep getting standard refund banter)
Ok so here is basically what is going on

I have spent the last few weeks talking to Black Desert Online support regarding my purchase of the "Black Desert Online - Explorer's Package" back on the 5th of feb. I purchased the item by as I thought my account was still active between Steam and Black Desert. I had forgotten that I requested my Black Desert Online Steam profile account to be deleted from there servers back June 10, 2018 (of which they informed me) and because of that I cant' access said account any longer I have not been able to pay it threw steam since then.

Now, because the account has been deleted the Black Desert game support told me there is nothing they can do with crediting me the items, or even transfer it over to my new account and that I would need to talk to Steam in order to get a refund for the "Black Desert Online - Explorer's Package" in the amount of $64.99 and I tried numerous times to get a refund threw the Steam refund system but I keep getting the standard "your game play is over 2hrs" response. The original game may have been over 2hrs but I have not put one hour in play time since I made the purchase on feb 5th

I feel like I am getting passed of from one company to the other (Black Desert keeps telling me to contact Steam and Steam is just sending auto responses) and neither want’s to do anything about it. Meanwhile I am out the $ 64.99 I paid for the item which I cant even use.

Long story shot I I was wondering if there was any way to reach steam/valve directly?

Go here:
https://help.steampowered.com/wizard/HelpWithPurchase

Select the purchase from the list, and choose "I have a question about this purchase". Explain your situation to them.

Steam doesnt offer refunds on items that give exhaustible in-game items. Otehrwise you could use the items, then refund the DLC.

Steam doesnt know if you've used the items and thus wont refund your money since you could have alaredy used up all the stuff you technically bought.

Its also somewhat suspect you 'deleted' your account on the 10th but then posted a day later on the 11th that you couldnt log in......

The support staff on BDO told me I could make another account, they did not however tell me it would not be via steam until I made another ticket. You can think it's "suspect" but that is the truth of the matter.

In any case following Yasahi's advice and describing to Steam the full issue I did get the money credited back to my steam account.

Imgur exists. Or you add the screenshot to your Steam artwork and display it then.

He asked a question on how to get in touch with Steam, there it is, go for it. All the information you need. Google is a friend when you need help. So, germane it was.

Yeah... all that extraneous information regarding Gabe really helps someone get in contact with the company?

Buzz of dude, all you like to do is high-jack topics and turn them into something other than what it's abut and quote people changing the whole topic. Dealt with you in the past, as have many others.

All the info is there and if you don't like, then stop concerning yourself about it and move on.

Yeah you're not trying to change the topic into something else...

How many more places are you planning to post the same information?
