Is there any way to log in to steam without internet connection?

Soo.. Ive got a little problem with Internet on my PC and i cannot login to steam while im offline and all of my games which I play are on steam, so is there any way to log in while beeing offline?

Steam has an Offline Mode, but it only works if your credentials are saved.

No. You need to have the credentials saved to go into Offline Mode.

Go online first. Make sure that you're the only one to be using that account and that windows user account. There should be a click button on the screen for logging in, to save your credentials.

Tell Steam to GO offline. that way, the saved credentials will be maintained.

Remember though that you will not have any connectivity so any games that require it cannot function properly, and your achievements will not be counted as far as I know. You will not have access to any of Steam's online functionality such as chat or cloud saves. (IIRC)

There's really nothing to explain.

You log into Steam and your account details are saved.

Once you launch it and there's no connection, Steam will prompt you to go into offline mode.

That's really all there is to it.

Considering that you're online as of right now from writing this comment and that you've been able to start this discussion in the first place, I would assume that you are able to log in in the first place.

You can keep Steam in offline mode and continue playing your games(that don't require an internet connection) by first ensuring in the log in screen that "Remember my password" is enabled.

At the top left corner of the Steam client under "Steam" you'll find "Go offline...". The client should stay in offline mode until you go back on again.
