There is no "Sountrack" or "OST" tag on them to filter out, and your account preference settings does not currently contain any filters for them. They use the tags that are applied to the game the OST comes from. So if it is a game that has the tags "Adventure" "Action" "Indie" "Survival" applied to the game, the same tags are applied to the OST.
Silly, huh?
They really need to separate the OSTs and give them an app-specific tag of "OST" or "Soundtrack" that we can toggle on or off in our account preference settings.
