Can i put ONE 5€ Paysafecard into steam?

Because i remember that i bought one 5€ psc and it didnt let me get the € on steam so i bought another one (i had 2) and it gave me like 7€ and some was left on the paysafecard. But that was a year ago so i probably did something wrong? I was planning to buy a 15€ game (i would normally buy 10€ and 5€, so i dont want to pay 10€,5€ and another 5€ now.)

Little confuse, but yea you should be able to select the 5€ option if your currency on Steam is in euro, and that you can use Paysafecard as a payment option.
