COD MW4 remastered

I recently purchased an Alienware PC. I was able to play MW4 remastered 2 times. Now, I get the message it did not shut down correctly, boot in safe mode..... That does not work. Clicking YES or NO to that box does nothing. I have tried several fixed found online, nothing works. The PC is top of the line and I cannot find a reason for it not playing. Can someone please help.

How does one fix that? No one will help Cannot contact Activision and Steam says it is not their problem, which I completely disagree.

So, if you have an issue running a game you bought from Wallmart, do you go to Wallmart to demand them to patch it?
If yes, you're delusional.

Steam did their part of the contract. You got access to the game. Which works fine for others.

Although, not very popular.
