Can I/How should I Manage these game files
So i haven an HDD and an SSD and I'm not sure when and how but apparently i managed to install games in both places, some are duplicates some are not, is it safe to just delete the files on the SSDs library? Can i just move the files from the SSD to the HDD for the non duplicates will steam recognize this? I imagine the duplicates were create/left over from when i recently performed a re installation of steam to try and fix another problem. I would like to consolidate the files on to the HDD.

Just cut/paste the entire SteamApps folder from the SSD to the HDD. It will overwrite duplicate files and also copy over any required .acf files so the changes should be reflected the minute you restart Steam.
