CLEAR CACHE FOR FIX!!!!

Go to Steam then click on settings. From there go to downloads and clear download cache. This fix worked for me and several others as well.

Its working for most people though not everybody. Try it again then restarting ur computer. This is the only current fix we have found.

I was able to restore my games by opting into beta participation (steam > settings > account), then clearing download cache. Maybe that will work? Some people are saying clearing it multiple times fixed it for them, so that might help too?

Just deleting and restarting steam doesnt for me
