Steam is asking me to repurchase games I already own

Anytime I want to play any of my Elder Scrolls of Fallout games instead of saying play in the library it says purchase and it takes me to the store, and when I click on my desktop shortcuts to play any of said games it opens Steam and takes me straight to the store. I only use this account on this computer and it was working just fine earlier today.

I had bought skyrim along with Morrowwind and oblivion, Skyrim wants to repurchase and Morrowwind and Oblivion are gone

Me too, i only recently played RDR 2. But now it asks me to purchase it again. And i have already playing 60 hour on it. What a messed up Steam...

I thought I was safe, but lo and behold, it's asking me to purchase Elder Scrolls: Oblivion when I have 100+ hours on it.... They really messed up big time today...

I had the same problem but with dark souls remastered,

And here I was thinking I was the only one with issues. Doom Eternal, DBD, and even my original Doom are all gone from my client library. They show that I own them in the store, but Play does nothing.

Same for me, too! I can't log in to the ESO. I have monthly ESO+ subscription, so Steam needs to pay for me for the time I can't play the game??? I can't believe that I am paying monthly not be able to play the game? Fix it!

Seeing how there is almost literally no way to contact steam other than through a random support ticket (since they literally have no option for this problem in their support options) I have a feeling they aren't even aware of the issue. One thing this company could do better is technical issue transparency. A major issue like this should be reportable but we have no means to report it. :shrug:
