Account alert and weird trading issues
so, I just woke up and my friends in discord asked, "what happened to you steam account? why is the profile picture 'ban' and why's ur name Trade/Banned " I was like is this some sort of pranks so i check my account by myself, and it's the same as my friend told me and also it says

" This account has violated the Steam Terms of Service Agreement. This account has been flagged by Steam Support for violations of the Terms of Service Agreement. Purchasing, gifting, trading, buying and selling items on the Community Market, and cd-key activation will be disabled. Account functionality will be limited. Ban are permanent, non-negotiable and cannot be removed by Steam support."

I didn't do anything illegal this past days, i'm new in steam, and as usual, I buy steam wallet then i buy skins for csgo. i play normally, i buy everything in Community Steam Market. I'm 14 years old, and the agreement of steam is below 13, i didn't do anything illegal. I don't cheat or do illegal trades. I don't know what makes me banned. I didn't do weird stuffs , i don't go to phising websites, i don't do phising or scamming others. I still don't understand, And if i got banned, How do you get back your games u bought in steam to your new account?

I don't understand why do i got banned and so do my friends. I already secured my account with the authenticator mobil steam code, correct gmail, correct number etc.

And um , few days go i sell my Ava (FBI) agent and my Famas skin to the community market steam. And yesterday before i went to sleep, i play 3 rounds of csgo competitive. And in the morning i got banned. My friends told me to trade item to one of them i trust which is my boyfriend. I trade to my boyfriend all of my skins, and I already comfirmed in the steam mobile. It didn't send to my bf there's no message of the trade offer aswell. I did all of the step of trading, nothing wrong. But why is there no message of the trade offer to accept? All of the item is gone from my inventory and my boyfriend haven't receive the item, he checked in csgo already and still no skins from me. i didn't send to the wrong person.

Please help me, im new to steam too and i never get banned before nor cheatting.

Good news: your account is not going to get banned. It was only fake notice.
Bad news: your account is compromised and you are currently being scammed by whoever have access to your account, includig your friend who told to trade away skin. DO NOT COMPLETE ANY TRADES! Items lost won't be returned.

Most likely you put your login credential to fake login page on 3rd party site.

Now you must secure your account:
1. Full scan your PC, you may have malware in them.
2. Change password on a secure device.
3. Deauthorize all other devices.
4. Revoke API keys.
5. Also consider to change password of your email account.

Thank God, but I don't share my account with any people, And um I already comfirmed the trade and the Steam Mobile Comfirmation said it's error, the people u're trading is not in ur friend list, and i tried to close it. When i check back the confirmation is gone so do my skins in my inventory. And How do I remove the Account alerts and why is my account compromised?

How do I Revoke API keys ? and How do i log in the to steam then? if I need the steam guard mobile and my mobile is logged out cuz u need to change the password?

API key:
https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
(There should be nothing in it)

You do not need to logout from mobile app to change password. Your steam account can be logged in both browser and mobile app at same time.

You can't change it with mobile app.
Please use mobile browser or PC client instead.
Visit your account details, then choose "change my password".
What summary do you mean?

The account alert is written in the summary of my account. I can erase it but is it safe ? And what will happened to my items that I trade? It went missing, Its not in my inventory nor do my boyfriend's inventory. There's no message of trade offer as well

Yep, you can erase it safely.
Check your sent offer history. It is likely that you accepted a trade offer to another Steam account that impersonate your boyfriend.

Items lost in scam won't be returned, sorry.

If you confirmed the trade the items are lost. Valve, under no circumstance, restore items given or traded away.

Also, you did give your account credentials away. That's how this scam happens, That's how it always happens. At some point you either logged into Steam through a counterfeit login page that saved your information or you had used you login on a 3rd party site (usually something involving CS:GO skins).

If you are on mobile app,
Visit your inventory, click the blue trade offer button. Then click blue circle on top right of your screen, choose sent offer history.

This kind of scam works by luring you to trade away items. You create a trade offer to your boyfriend. However, a bot then cancel it and create new one to another account impersonating your boyfriend. You then confirmed the offer on mobile authenticator without realizing what the bot has done to your trade offer.
