The download for the update is 42 GB. And how big is the game itself? 100GB? How much is it when you uncompress all of the compressed archive files? 300GB? 500GB?
At which point you'd need potentially up to 542GB of space to hold the uncompressed files plus the 42 GB of updates. Now obviously not every update is going to need to uncompress every file, and there are ways to reduce the amount of extra diskspace it's going to use. Whether R6S does any of those things no idea. But I can see it's definitely possible for it to use more than 270GB of diskspace for an update.
Now this could also be a bug (where the patcher is failing to read the free space correctly) no idea I don't play the game and so don't know the specifics.
or multi steam lib and default is full, and that mean "Not enough disk space to update a game"
what should i do ?!
my internet is poor and i cant uninstall and reinstall it bro
ps.
aslong default point at disk with no free space then steam keep say "Not enough disk space to update a game" and it dont make it better if that the disk with the game you might want to move or free up if you still want that disk to current game.
see option with right click a game with propertise, the local files then move other game or current.
ps.
just made Multi disk to test this.
then 2 harddisk, option under Local files is there, move installed folder to other disk.
this option is not there if you dont have steam multi lib ( and if you still want to keep other disk as default )
Things have change sense 2020, new release games today is 150gb game installation, this means even more spare free space is required then needed.
you also needf free space after game installation if patch is released.
and it still being seen as have 200gb free space s games do not have update issue. ( depend on game game size on 100gb. and lesser
