HELP! saitek throttle quadrant not recognized.

So this is the only place so far i can think to get help with this. ive spent the last however many hours trying to find this answer and came up with nothing really. So i just purchased a logitech yoke and throttle it is literally brand ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ new, i hooked it up, downloaded the driver i needed, the yoke shows in the app that its recognized but the throttle is not. its plugged in, no bent things in the connecting part, it lights up that is has power but thats it, when i push the levers nothing registers, if i click the buttons nothing. im not very good with this ♥♥♥♥ so if anyone has a answer try and keep it easy for my slow ass and ill love you forever!
