How do you switch the chat clock to AM/PM instead of 24h?
Steam was always using a 12 hour clock with AM and PM but all of a sudden the chat clock switched to a 24h clock. When I open the overlay in games its 12h but the chat is 24h. I went into the chat settings and set 24h clock to "off" but it din't change back. Windows is still using a 12 hour clock so I don't know what to do.

Log out and back into friends and chat. Or Steam.

I tried that and it didn't work. I change the setting either way but it doesn't work.
