1000 k fps cs 1.6 problem

For starters my english is very bad, excuse me. But I have a problem with my game. When I go beyond 1000 fps the game freezes, and I can't play, of course I can play in 900 but the game is not so smooth. Can someone help me?Please.

There is no monitor that can display that many FPS properly.

Well I am afraid thats just cs:go glitching out for you but you are lucky enough to have a god pc to run the game at 900 fps. If it bothers you though maybe a 144hz monitor might help out your pc display all those frames. And if you already have a monitor like that I afraid I cant help you anymore. :/

Read which game the OP is talking about again. CS:GO has a hard cap of 300 FPS anyways.

1.6 shouldn't be played on more than 100 FPS though, unless for some specific movements that require more. You actually handicap yourself going beyond 100 FPS for the way the GoldSrc engine is designed.
Anyway, you can use fps_max 999. I think that is the technical hard limit.
