Is steam Halloween Sale only discounted Horror games?
Or all genre of games in general?

Generally Halloween/horror themed but that's kinda moot since it's not even August.

I'm just planning to save some money for the next sale but it seems that I have to wait a bit longer for the winter sale sadly :(

yep halloween sale is only horror games with some exeptions rare time

Horror or Halloween themed games (Think stuff like Costume Quest.) There's a chance for games of other genres to be on sale just because they can though.
