No audio from steam client ,only with teamviewer in background

So i have been trying for weeks to get my remote play to work from my PC with all my games to my secondary PC. I have uninstalled steam , changed audio drivers, volume controls,audio mixer, audio settings,device manger ,program volumes;etc Here is what i have noticed , when i load the game i see it on the host in the volume mixer but the sound meter is not moving , i have opened up the and looked in my steam advanced settings and noticed that weather i have "play audio on host " box is checked or unchecked, my host pc plays the audio. (even tried to use the "line in" from the audio mixer on the playback but didnt work). Now here is the weird thing . If i run teamviewer , i get the audio . I have removed teamviewer completely with total uninstall on both machines thinking that teamviewer might be the issue ,but nothing changed still no audio from the host to 2nd pc running the steam client . The only way i can have the audio work is if i open steam>big box mode>run game, then open teamviewer on my pc and connect to that same pc , only then will i hear the audio ...SO , anyone ?
