i got GTA SA multiplayer and looking for a way to make steam launch SAMP.exe file (not GTASA.exe) whenever i click "play" from my library

i know i can "add a non steam game" but i did this before and it was way better just cant remember how.

i found DA WAE
so here's how to do it:
theres the original file that steam launches "gta-sa" and the file called "samp" that i want him to launch, basically change the name of "gta-sa" to "gta-sa x" and the name of "samp" to "gta-sa"
magic i know
this way i can use steam overlay, make sure my hours count so years later i can be disappoineted... nice
