can i remove phone number on faceit?
i cant play csgo on faceit on my new acc, because it says the phone number is already used, i dont have any other phone thats why i cant verify it. is there a way that can i remove my phone number on my old acc? if not, what would you suggest. i just want to play on less cheater environment. tnx!

bro faceit support sucks. i try to send ticket but when i send it. it says i need to verify my email. but i already verified it. i think it only shows up on faceit support login. this message appear when i try to verified it using the link they give on me. "faceitsupport.zendesk.com refused to connect." i dont even know if i already sent ticket or not cause i dont even know the ticket number. im not receiving any email.

bro im just here because i dont even see a solution to my problem even on google. im hoping someone has same problem as me. i already ask on reddit faceit support even on their twitter.

But we can't help you.

What you're doing is like walking into a phone shop and asking for help fixing your car. Sure you may get lucky in that someone may be able to help but chances are no one around will be able to.

You have to contact Faceit support ONLY Faceit support can help, no one from the community can help you at all beyond this.
