Cleared Download Cache and Lost Everything. . .
Good Evening, Good Morning, and Goodnight. . .

Recently I was updating one of my games Dead By Daylight and it strait up would not download. I went to the steam site to its recommended ways to solve this and one of the ways was to 'Clear Download Cache' and start again. When I did this, I logged back in to my account, but all of my games, Everything were gone. I had lost /everything/. What do I do?

If you literally lost your games, in the sense that they are no longer on your account, chances are you logged into the wrong one. Please elaborate on your problem, are the games gone or just not showing as downloaded?

Could you have multi hard disk, and one of them is burnout and removed from system , then steam validate content doing startup, it will be seen as lost.

ps.
clear download cache dont remove installed content.
so somethings else happend before steam check validate content

Take your pick OP.
A) You're on the wrong account. Just login to the right account.
B) You lost family share, just redo the family share.
C) Your settings for your Steam game path is lost, redo the path, go into settings, go into download, and reapply your steam folder from your other drive's.
