i need help. i have 5 euros in my wallet and i dont know if 4.99 euros will unlock my privileges on steam i cant find something that costs 5 euro and dont be pink. i wanna know if i buy a game of 4.99 euros will let me do what a 5 euro tranzaction will do. pls help

4,99 should be enough, the amount is 5 dollars to unlock or the regional equivalence.
4,99 Euro is about 5.80 Dollar at the moment so it should be enough to unlimit your account.

Also, if you charged your wallet with 5 Euro that already counts as spending money on Steam and for unlimiting your account.
Also your account is level 2, that means you are already unlimited.
Limited accounts cant rise above level 0.

How did you get €5 euros in your wallet?
If you put them there via credit card or physical gift-card then you should already be unlocked. There is no reason to buy anything.

Just having $5 on your wallet would unlimit an account. You don't have to buy anything.

If you received it as a giftcard from someone else it won't work. YOU have to add the funds directly

You're not taking currency conversion into account there. It has to be the equivalent of 5 dollars. 5 dollars is € 4,29 currently.
